Shipping & Returns |
- Currently, we only ship within the continental US.
- We ship all orders using PRIORITY MAIL (usually 2-3 days) so that
your
candy will arrive quickly and in good condition. During busy holidays
please allow extra time so we can make sure your gifts arrive on time.
If you need faster service, please call us at 800-569-2767 for other
shipping options.
- All Orders are shipped Priority Mail without a
signature release so if your recipient is not at home the package will
be left or a CARD will be left and the package can be picked up at
their Post Office. Call us and we can provide a "tracking number" so
you can check that your order was delivered. We are not responsible for
packages taken.
- Shipping Addresses: PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK the
address BEFORE
placing your order, as we are not responsible for items returned due to
incorrect addresses.
- Warm Weather Items: we are reluctant to ship our
Chocolate items
during summer months in New England,(or if your location is above 80
degrees F), If you decide to order anyway, we strongly
suggest the addition of an icepack (there will be an $8.00 surcharge per order).
During those warm months why not try our Creamy Fudge, Buttercrunch,
Salt Water Taffy or Fruit Slices. These items DO ship well even in the
heat.
